CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Labor Day weekend tradition will take the streets of Charleston Friday evening.
The "Funeral Parade" will step off at 6:30 p.m. on Capitol Street and then head south toward the Kanawha Boulevard.
Crews will set up a detour on Brooks Street for the boulevard traffic.
The "Funeral Parade" is always a route full of Mardi-Gras beads, candy, fun and costume lovers stopping at nothing to impress.
Anyone wishing to participate is encourage to put on their most creative costumes.
