CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The CEO of Highland Hospital in Charleston is recovering in the hospital.
David McWatters had a stroke on July 15.
Hospital spokesperson, Jim Strawn tells WSAZ.com McWatters has been in the hospital since then, but his doctors say he is making a remarkable recovery.
Jim Dissen is currently acting as CEO of the hospital while McWatters is out.
Strawn says the hospital is operating normally.
