CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An historical building in Charleston will be getting an upgrade.
The Capitol Building Commission on Wednesday approved to renovate the Holly Grove Mansion at the Capitol Complex.
The building was built in 1815 and hasn't been used for almost 10 years.
The project already has a $2,000 commitment.
Even though architects unveiled the plans for the building on Wednesday, it's expected to be a slow-moving project.
