Home Destroyed in Fire

SISSONVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A fire destroys a home in an early morning blaze in Kanawha County.

Metro Dispatchers tell WSAZ.com the fire started around 1 a.m. at a residence on 396 Jim Derrick Rd.

It was a fully involved structure fire when firefighters arrived.

The home was nearly leveled and is considered to be destroyed.

No one was injured in the fire and it is not known at this time if anyone lived in the home.

The fire is currently under investigation.
