CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A store that has been providing products for kitchens in the Kanawha Valley for decades is shutting down.

The owner of Save Supply says they are going to have to close because layoffs in the coal industry and the recent severe weather has hurt business.

Eight workers will lose their jobs.

The building, which is located on Park Avenue, is going to be auctioned off on October 10.

Save Supply has been open in Charleston for 83 years.
