Man Arrested in Multiple Burglaries

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man wanted in connection with a string of burglaries that covered two counties was arrested Friday, Charleston Police say.

Thomas Burton Lloyd was wanted on charges in Kanawha and Jackson counties. He had been on the run for more than a week.

Police say Lloyd violated his bond by overdosing on heroin. He also didn't show up for his hearing last week in Kanawha County or his sentencing in Jackson County.
