KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man has been charged after a stabbing in Cedar Grove.
The incident happened about 10 p.m. Monday at a home along Depot Hill Road.
According to a news release, when deputies arrived on scene they found the victim, Anthony Williams, 33, of Cedar Grove, with multiple slash and stab wounds around his neck and back area.
Deputies say Williams got into an argument with Bryan A. Taylor, 24, of Charleston, earlier in the day and it later led to a physical fight.
Investigators found a pair of scissors at the scene they believe was used in the crime, according to the release.
Taylor was arrested and charged with malicious wounding. He is expected to be arraigned on the charge Tuesday morning in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
Williams was treated and released from CAMC General.
