CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Charleston man is facing charges for allegedly selling guns out of the back of his SUV in a convenience store parking lot.

Police say Charles Cook and two other people were in the parking lot of the Go-Mart on MacCorkle Avenue in Kanawha City.

Investigators say they were selling guns out of the back of an SUV.

Cook was arrested because one of the guns was reported stolen from the New Albany Police Department in Indiana.

Police seized about 15 guns.

Cook has been charged with receiving and transferring stolen goods.
