Charleston Man Robbed While Taking Out the Trash

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The normal morning routine took a scary turn for a man in Charleston.

Police say the victim was taking out the trash when a man came up to him, pulled out a knife and stole his cash.

The incident happened in the 7-hundred block of Central Avenue about 5 a.m. Friday as the man was getting ready to go to work.

No one was hurt.

Charleston Police say they have a suspect in the case and hope to make an arrest soon.
