Meth Bust Leads Police to Filthy Living Conditions; Parents Arrested

ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Police are on the scene of a meth bust where two parents are being charged with child neglect.

Troopers tell WSAZ.com when they arrived to the house in the 200 block of Fifth Street East; the front door was open.

Inside, they found four children (ages 4/5 - 13) living in filth. Troopers say there was also an elderly woman who was on oxygen.

The parents, Nathan McNeely, 36, and Misty McNeely, 34, are being charged with child neglect. Nathan is also facing meth charges.

Child Protective Services is currently at the home assessing the situation.
