WILLIAMSON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man is behind bars after deputies found more than $5,000 worth of crack cocaine on him.
Deputies tell WSAZ.com they got a call about 3 a.m. of a man trying to sell crack in the parking lot of a Williamson nightclub.
When a deputy arrived on the scene he saw Justin Patterson, 27, getting in his car and driving off.
Police followed Patterson and made a traffic stop after deputies say he was swerving left of center.
When they searched Patterson's car, police found 2.35 ounces of crack cocaine, which police say has a street value of $5,000.
Williamson Police also responded to assist with the traffic stop.
Patterson was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
