ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One lane of westbound U.S. 60 in St. Albans will be closed Wednesday, according to information from American Electric Power.
The closure will happen near the Kmart shopping plaza. AEP crews are installing a new power line across the Kanawha River as part of the Nitro-St. Albans bridge relocation project.
Traffic will be stopped in both directions in the morning while a helicopter pulls the power line from one side of the river to the other.
That work should take most of the day.
