CHARLESTON, W. Va. (WSAZ) -- Charleston police have issued an arrest warrant for a woman suspected for a burglary and other crimes in the South Hills area.
Police are looking for 46 year-old Melinda Green. They say they have physical evidence she is connected to a burglary in South Hills.
They say Green broke into a home on Oakmont Road on July 24. Police have been investigating a string of burglaries in that area and believe she is connected to at least one, if not others.
Green is also a person of interest in a break-in that happened July 20 at a home on Holly Road.
Anyone who knows where she might be is asked to call police.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two people are wanted in connection with a home break-in that happened last month in the city's South Hills area, police say.
Lannie Shaffer, 23, and Melinda Green, 46, are named as the suspects.
The break-in happened July 20 at a home along Holly Road. Police say Shaffer and Green were seen leaving the home just after the incident occurred.
The pair may be linked to other reported break-ins in that area, police say.
