Pizza Delivery Driver Hit in Head with Wrench and Robbed

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Domino's Pizza delivery driver is recovering after getting hit in the head and robbed.

It happened just after 10:00 p.m., Sunday along Stadium Place on the east end of Charleston.

The victim tells WSAZ.com that he was on a delivery when a man hit him several times in the head with a wrench, and told him to hand over all of his cash.

The man got away with about $150, most of which was the driver's own money.

The driver was not seriously hurt, and police are still looking for the suspect.
