Charleston Police Need Help Finding Burglary Suspect

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Charleston Police need your help tracking down a burglary suspect. They tracked him down when the victim found his valuables at a pawn shop.

Police say Jonathan Cochran kicked in the door of a home on Kanawha Avenue on May 16. They say he stole jewelry and electronics while ransacking the home.

The victim was able find some of the stolen jewelry at a local pawn shop, leading police to ID Cochran.

They are currently looking for him. He's also been charged with similar crimes in the past. According to court documents, since 2009, he's faced 14 charges, including burglary, breaking and entering, and fleeing from police.
