SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- It's open season at the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (DNR), but the agency is only trying to hunt down public opinion.
"The first major operational plan was done in 1979," says Chris Ryan with the DNR. "This is the first time it's been a major, major overhaul since that time."
