Ribfest Kicks Off Thursday in South Charleston

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One of the area's tastiest festivals kicks off Thursday in South Charleston.

Ribfest is set to kick off at 4 p.m.

Organizers say there are plenty of attractions this year, in addition to world-class barbecue, there are rides, music and the world's tallest pinball machine.

Everything takes place across the street from the Dow Chemical plant on MacCorkle Avenue.

Ribfest runs through Sunday night.
