Portion of Coal River Road Reopens Following Fallen Power Pole

ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Dispatchers say Coal River Road is now back open.

A portion of the road had to be closed Saturday due to a fallen power pole.

Emergency crews have now cleared the roadway.

No one was hurt during the incident.

ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Coal River Road near Indian Head in St. Albans is closed due to a fallen power pole, according to 911 dispatchers.

Dispatchers say a transformer has blown and the power pole and lines are spread across the road.

Crews are working to clear the roadway.
