CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- If you drive around Charleston get ready for some changes on a couple of streets in South Hills.
Louden Heights Road from the South Side Bridge to Grosscup Road will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.
Crews will be paving the street.
Drivers will be detoured onto Bridge Road during the work.
Ferry Street from the South Side Bridge to MacCorkle Avenue will also get a fresh coat of asphalt next week.
Crews will start work on the project on Monday and it should be wrapped up by Thursday night.
City officials say most of the work will be down overnight.
While paving is going on traffic will be down to one lane and on some occasions completely closed.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area until the work is done.
