Road Reopens Following One Vehicle Crash

DUNBAR, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Big Tyler Road has reopened in Dunbar following a crash that trapped on person in a vehicle.

Metro 911 dispatchers tell WSAZ.com the crash victim was transported to the hospital. There is no word on the condition of the victim.

The crash happened about 12:45 Monday morning, and shut down Big Tyler Rd. for several hours.

Metro dispatchers say only one vehicle was involved in the accident, and the person who was trapped was the only occupant.

Kanawha County 911 dispatchers tell WSAZ.com only one vehicle is involved and the person who is trapped is the only person in the vehicle.

There is no word on how long that road will be shut down.
