DUNBAR, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A warrant has been issued for a woman's arrest in the knife attack that happened early Tuesday morning in the 100 block of 6th Street in Dunbar, police say.
Police say Latisha Green was slashed in the neck by Georgia Newman about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. Officers say the two know each other and had been hanging out earlier in the evening.
A warrant has been issued for Newman's arrest.
A caller told 911 dispatchers a woman had been stabbed in the neck.
Dispatcher tell WSAZ.com one person has been taken to the hospital.
There is no word on how serious those injuries are, or whether there have been any arrests in the case.
