CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two men are in jail accused of trying to break into a business on Charleston's west side late Sunday night.
Charleston Police tell WSAZ.com Michael Martisko was caught on the roof of Charleston Orthopedic about 10 p.m.
Investigators say Martisko was trying to cut a hole in the roof so he could break in.
The fire department had to be called in to get him down.
Anthony Pettry was also arrested. Police say he was serving as a look out.
Pettry and Martisko were both charged with attempted breaking and entering.
