CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man is facing charges after saying there was a bomb in an apartment building in Charleston.
The incident all happened at the Kanawha City Village Apartments on Friday afternoon.
Charleston Police tell WSAZ.com John Workman yelled at a FedEx driver that there was a bomb under his foot.
One of Workman's neighbors called the apartment manager about the claim.
Police say when Workman saw the landlord at the complex he told her not to open the door or the bomb would go off.
The building was evacuated and the bomb squad was called in to assist.
Police say they didn't find anything.
Workman was arrested and charged with making false reports concerning a bomb.
