SISSONVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two people face multiple felony charges after investigators say they wrecked a stolen pickup truck and tried to leave the area in a taxi.
It happened Tuesday in Sissonville.
Investigators say Randy Donahue, 32, and Holly Willis, 29, both from Charleston, crashed the truck off Casdorph Road. A witness told a Kanawha County sheriff's deputy that the pair left the scene in a cab.
The deputy tracked down the taxi in North Charleston and arrested both Donahue and Willis. The deputy said they both smelled like meth and that they had a cooler in the taxi containing meth-making material.
Donahue and Willis are charged with operating or attempting to operate a drug lab and possession of a stolen vehicle. They are both being held in the South Central Regional Jail.
