KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two more people were charged Friday in the murder of a man from Charleston whose body was found last fall in a shallow grave in Raleigh County, W.Va., Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies say.

Miguel Quinones, 36, of Charleston, and Deveron Patterson, 26, of Beckley both are charged with first-degree murder. Quinones already was in jail on unrelated charges.

Kelsey Legg, 19, of Marmet, W.Va., was arrested last year and charged with murder in the case.

Kareem Hunter, 29, of Charleston, went missing on Sept. 23, 2013, and his body was found the following month.

On Friday, Patterson was arrested near his home in Raleigh County. Quinones was arrested at Southern Regional Jail, where he was already in custody for a violation of probation charge related to a Fayette County murder conviction.

Detectives with the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office, Kanawha Bureau of Investigation, Charleston Police Department, and Raleigh County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation.
