St. Albans/Nitro Bridge Reopens Following Water Leak

ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The St. Albans/Nitro bridge is now back open following a water leak.

The leak caused the northbound lane to be closed for hours Thursday.

No word what caused the leak.

Traffic is now back to normal on the bridge.



ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A water leak is causing major traffic problems for people in the St. Albans and Nitro areas.

According to the St. Albans Police, a water leak has shut down the northbound lane on the St. Albans/Nitro bridge.

The northbound lane is expected to be shut down for up to four hours.

No word on what has caused the leak.

The southbound lanes is still open.
