CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two youths have been charged with spraying graffiti throughout the Kanawha City area of Charleston.

It happened on South Ruffner Road on an underpass, construction signs and on the Dunn Engineering building.

Most of the graffiti has since been cleaned up.

Charleston Police say one youth was charged with felony destruction of property, while the other was charged with misdemeanor destruction of property.

Because the youths are juveniles, their names have not been released.
