Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies say they found items used to make meth, along with a chemistry instruction book inside a woman's car.
It happened Tuesday night at about 9:40pm.
Deputies say they spotted Janis Cain, 26 of Sissonville, driving wrecklessly on Route 21 -- then throw out a gasoline container onto the road.
After the deputy pulled Cain over, he says he found the meth making materials in the car.
Cain was charged with attempt to manufacture meth. She was taken to the South Central Regional Jail.
