Several Car Accidents Reported On I-64 Near Huntington

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One person has been transported to Cabell Huntington Hospital after a single car accident on Interstate 64.

Cabell County dispatchers tell WSAZ.com it happened around 3:45 p.m. Saturday at the 11 mile marker of Interstate-64 eastbound near Huntington.

Dispatchers say the accident occurred when the vehicle rolled over.

Emergency responders are still at the scene.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va (WSAZ) - One person has been taken to the hospital after a multiple car pile-up.

Cabell County dispatchers tell WSAZ.com it happened around 2:45 p.m. Saturday at the eight mile marker of Interstate-64 eastbound near Huntington.

Huntington Police say a car hydroplaned, hit the cable barrier and rolled.

They say another accident occurred when an SUV stopped to help.

A tractor-trailer hit a truck carrying a bulldozer. The bulldozer slid off the truck and into the SUV.

Huntington Police and Huntington Fire Department firefighters are on the scene.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
