Inauguration Will Feature Horses
Governor's inauguration will feature Kentucky's signature industry, horses.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Tuesday's inauguration for Governor-elect Steve Beshear will feature dozens of horses.

A parade will have some 25 equine units made up of about 150 horses.

Beshear, Lt. Gov.-elect Dan Mongiardo and their entourages will ride in horse-drawn carriages.

Friesian horses and Clydesdales are among the many equine breeds participating in the inauguration day events.

Beshear gets sworn in as governor just after midnight Monday night.
