LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A U.S. district judge has announced that the liability lawsuit against Comair for a deadly Kentucky plane crash will be heading to trial earlier than expected.

Judge Karl Forester says he's trying to encourage Comair to settle with the family members of passengers killed in the August 2006 crash at Lexington's Blue Grass Airport.

Bertelsman made the surprise ruling Tuesday that he would hear the liability aspects of the case on August fourth instead of in December. The proceedings would decide who's at fault in the crash that killed 49 people.

First let me say I feel bad for everyone that lost family on this flight, but lets get real. Tis was a case of MANY people in the wrong not just Comair. Why are we not suing the FAA, the airport, and anyone who had to deal with the departing of this flight?
