Jiminy Glick, Ed Grimley and Franke are just a few of the many characters created by Martin Short.

And they all came to the Keith Albee in Huntington Friday for the presentation of "An Evening With Martin Short."

Before the big one man show, comedian Martin Short has to warm up, check the lights, scripts and video presentations.

Under all that makeup is Canadian born comedian who got his start on SCTV then moved on to Saturday Night Live.

He said, “I’ve enjoyed changing myself.”

“I enjoy looking like different people. It made me become a certain person.”

“If I'm playing Katherine Hepburn, I say things she would say, she was fascinating.”

When asked what he thought of West Virginia, he said “It's beautiful, fantastic.”

WSAZ’s Dave Benton even got to be part of the show.
