Once he took the stage Friday night at the Keith Albee Theatre, it was non-stop laughter. Martin Short brought down the house with his imitations, singing and a little dancing.

He’s danced, joked and acted his way into the hearts of audiences of everywhere, but Friday afternoon before Martin Short took the stage at the Keith Albee Theatre, he sat down with theatre students at Marshall University.
“It's always inspirational to talk with students,” comedian Martin Short said.
Short recently hit the talk-show circuit promoting the new movie "The Spiderwick Chronicles." He voices the character "Thimbletack."
NewsChannel 3’s Dave Benton even helped Martin Short a little during rehearsal. You can read about his experience with Martin Short by checking out his blog right here on wsaz.com.

Hey Dave, Excellent job! You're such a ham. I'm sure it was very exciting to have the honor of entertaining along side Martin Short. I wish he would have let you sing a little longer but perhaps it was for the best that he cut you off. We all know how you like to Karaoke til the cows come home. Very proud of you, Dave. Keep being the talent we all love and admire.
