A grand jury has indicted three people in connection with a shooting and armed robbery at car wash in Boyd County.
45-year old Kenneth Hunt was shot over what deputies said a drug deal was gone bad. It happened at the Aqua Jet Car Wash in Westwood at 6am on February 12. Hunt drove himself to the hospital after the shooting
According to a published report, the grand jury indictments include the man that investigators say was the shooter. That person is 18-year old James Estep of Ashland.
36-year old Jeremy Scappatico of Flatwoods, KY and 29-year old Kimberly Hill of Ironton, OH were indicted charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery.
40-year old Robert Halley was indicted on charges of tampering with physical evidence and being with a first-degree persistent felony offender.
