At Marshall University, there's a new program at the Forensic Science Center called the "Information Security and Digital Evidence Program". The week of March 24th, the Science Center is hosting a "bootcamp" workshop on digital evidence software.

That's why it's important if you own a computer, to take out and destroy the hard drive before throwing it away or donating it to charity. What's on that hard drive can be hacked, putting you at risk for identity theft.
