A South Charleston man has been arrested on drug and weapon charges, after he allegedly threatened to shoot his child's mother.

South Charleston Police say they arrested Raymond Hemingway last night.

According to the complaint, an argument took place over a duffel bag that was filled with four pounds of marijuana.

Hemingway allegedly then threatened the mother of his child with a pistol that was later found to be stolen from Huntington.

Hemingway is now in the South Central Regional Jail on charges of domestic assault, delivery of a controlled substance and receiving and transferring stolen goods.

His bond has been set at $200,000.

so did he know the other 6 guys who were arrested a week or so ago? seems like a lot of pot out there on our streets---good job to our fine police departments hope the judges do as good a job

Snitch or no snitch she is just as guilty as him and should have been taken to jail also. Neither one deserves to be around the kid. The kid is better off in cps's custody and not around loser drug head parents. The kid deserves a better life than that. But who am I to judge! This is just my OPINION!

the argument was not over the drugs. they were fighting and she snitched to the police that drugs were in the house.

so they were fighting over 4pds. of dope....was she arrested also? if so will the state post her bond so the child doest go to cps? there paying finds for littering anyway,right??
