CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies arrested four people Wednesday on DUI charges.
The first arrest happened after a single car crash on Pinch Road near Elkview. Deputies say Judy Lee Elmore, 50 from Clendenin, appeared intoxicated and admitted to drinking several beers.
Deputies say her blood alcohol level was at 0.15. Elmore was released on a $1,500.00 bond.
Just two hours later, deputies say Jerome Cletus Morris, 59 from Pinch, was involved in an accident. Investigators say Morris failed several field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI-2nd offense. The police report indicates Morris' blood alcohol level registered at 0.23.
Then, Wednesday night during two separate traffic stops deputies say they charged Timothy Cotton, 46 from Powellton and Phillip Porter, 27 of Poca, with DUI charges. Deputies say Cotton registered a 0.22 BAC and Porter registered a 0.10 BAC.
