CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Interstate 64 is now back open to traffic after a four vehicle accident near the Oakwood Road Exit in Charleston.

The accident happened around 12:15pm Monday.

911 dispatchers say a car flipped on its top and at least one person was hurt in the accident. We're also told a dump truck was involved.

The interstate was closed for more than a hour, but traffic is moving again.

Why does everyone want to blame a truck driver for all the wrecks that happens on the interstates????? I know one thing truck drivers have it rough out there without everyone else giving them trouble and thinking that they can stop on a dime and give back 9 cent change. There is people out there that drives drunk and someone that talks on cell phones, what about them people? I think that cell phones shouldnt be used unless you pull off the road and stop!!!!!
