CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Police say a 6 year-old child was hit by a car at a gas station in Charleston.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon at the Go-Mart on Greenbrier Street.
Police say the child just finished paying for the gas that her mother had pumped when she ran out of the store and was hit by a car.
The driver and girl told police they didn't see each other.
The 6-year-old was taken to CAMC General with minor head injuries.
Police say no charges will be filed in the case.
