KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Sheriff's deputies in Kanawha County have made an arrest in a shooting that happened Tuesday in Cross Lanes.

James Berry is charged with malicious wounding after deputies say he shot James Legg twice in his upper body area.

Legg is expected to be okay.

It happened at about 2am at an apartment complex on Graywood Drive.
