UPDATE Friday @ 5:39pm
Pastor Ron Thaxton tells WSAZ that the Taco Bell on Patrick Street will re-open Monday. The restaurant is donating 100% of the proceeds from the day's sales to Gravely's family.
Police say Nalisha Gravely was shot and killed Saturday inside the Taco Bell on Patrick Street.
This week several local pastors and counselors have met with the employees to help them cope with what happened.
" We spent much of the time with them as a group and also broke up for individual ministry," said Pastor Ron Thaxton. "It was a powerful time that surely will aid the healing process in their lives."
According to a press release, when Taco Bell does re-open it will donate 100% of the proceeds from a day's sales to Gravely's family.
The press release from "The Church In The City" said the restaurant would re-open Thursday, but a local pastor tells WSAZ.com that has been pushed back.
We'll let you know when the restaurant re-opens.
