BUFFALO, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man who was on probation is back behind bars, accused of setting an apartment building on fire.

Police arrested Kevin Holstein this past week and charged him with setting a fire inside an apartment.

It happened in Buffalo in May. Police just made the arrest after an investigation.

Holstein's probation was set to end next month. He's been taken to the Western Regional Jail on arson charges.

I have to agree. You give these people chances and they just continue to break the law. Get these people off of the street and make them pay for their own keep. We have to pay for all of this and this is not fair for the tax payers. This money could be used on better things in our communities.

Another example of probation. Make these offenders spend the time they are given for their crimes and stop letting them out early. Take all their posessions to pay for their stay in prison. Crime needs fought like a war; to win.
