UPDATE 7/6/06: Charleston Police arrested James Dewayne Loveless this week after being called to house for domestic disturbance. For that incident, police charged Lovelesswith domestic battery and fleeing.

He was convicted of destroying someone else's stuff. Now, police say he's not following through with his sentence, racking up four different probation violations. They need your help to find him.

The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department has named James Dewayne Loveless one of Charleston's Most Wanted. He's accused of probation violations including being charged with domestic battery, not showing up to serve jail time, and testing positive for marijuana.

Loveless was convicted of destruction of property last year and sentenced to one year probation. Court records show he defaced Jessica Johnson's property.

"He has shown the court that he cannot follow the terms and conditions set forth under the rules of probation that he's under now, and he's violated that. We need to bring him back in."
