Arrest in Athens County Shooting
The Athens County Sheriff says 45-year-old Mark Goins of Stewart shot 39-year-old Anthony Mayle.

ATHENS, Ohio (WSAZ) – One man is under arrest following a shooting on Wednesday.
The Athens County Sheriff says 45-year-old Mark Goins of Stewart shot 39-year-old Anthony Mayle.
The sheriff says Mayle was shot with a 12-gauge shotgun. He was taken to Grant Hospital in Columbus where he is listed in stable condition.
No word on a motive for the shooting. Goins has been charged with felonious assault.

Mark Goins is a good man, im sure if he were to have done this there would have been a good reason for it, like self defense. I know mark personally and hes a great man and a loving father, he doesnt deserve whats being done to him.
