SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV (WSAZ)-A woman robbed Kelly's Hot Spot in South Charleston Saturday night. She got away with a thousand dollars.

Police say the female suspect had a weapon and demanded money from the clerk. After she got the money, witnesses say she walked out the door. Police still haven't found her.

Kelly's Hot Spot is a cafe with slot machines and video poker machines.
Police say the woman had been playing the machines all evening. She went into the bathroom and came out with a gun. That's when police say the suspect demanded the money.

South Charleston Police are having other police departments in the area look at the surveillance video to see if they recognize the woman.

WSAZ is following the story and as soon as we get a description or surveillance video of the suspect we will pass it on to you.

seems like if she had been playing at the video poker parlor all evening that the clerk working should have no problem identifying her..sure it wasn't a inside job??

At least we took care of people bringing cigarettes into gambling parlors. Can we work on weapons next?

I guess if you can't win the money, just steal it. To Chip: If you pay your bank on time they don't charge late fees. Same goes with the checking account, if you don't bounce checks there won't be any returned check charges.

I'm not as shocked anymore at this stuff. Our own banks are robbing us daily in late fees and unfair business practices.
