One of Charleston's Most Wanted is singing the jailhouse rock in Ohio! Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies and U.S. Marshals tracked down Thomas "Elvis" Milam in Canton. He goes by elvis out on the streets.
Police say he violated probation here in Kanawha County. In 1997, Milam was convicted of selling marijuana in Amandaville. Police say they caught him selling twice in one month on Rust Street.
Milam was sentenced to jail, but he asked the judge for probation instead--and he got it.
