West Virginia Office of Miners' Health Safety and Training released Randal McCloy's interview with mine investigators. They talked with him on June 19.
McCloy was the only survivor after an explosion at the Sago Mine in Upshur County, West Virginia, trapped him and twelve of his co-workers.
