Suspects caught on tape!

Time and time again we've shown you surveillance video and it's often helped catch a criminal.

It might surprise you that some businesses are now telling police they won't share that video anymore if the police release it to the public!

There are just a few! But police tell us they fear it's growing.

Police say more recently, they've been asked to subpoena video or get a court order to even use surveillance video in their investigation.

The police didn't tell us the names of those businesses who have banned the release of video!
