A former car dealership owner says he's not guilty.
Fred Davis told a judge Thursday in Charleston that he's innocent of charges of bank fraud, wire fraud and money laundering.
Davis is a free on a personal recognizance bond, but he did have to surrender his passport and agree to stay within West Virginia, Ohio and Pennyslvania.
A trial is set for September.
Davis owned Davis Chrysler Plymouth Jeep Eagle.
