Ask folks in Ironton, Ohio, or Russell, Kentucky, and they'll tell you the bridge that connects the two towns needs to be replaced.
However, plans to build a new bridge are delayed again.
This time it's because the plans are being redesigned.
The latest delay pushes the project back another two years.
The bridge was supposed to look similar to the 31st Street Bridge connecting Huntington, West Virginia, and Proctorville, Ohio.
But now the Ohio Department of Transportation tells us the bridge will have two towers and three spans.
All in all, it looks like it will take at least four or five years before construction is completed.
